I offer a variety of programs to meet your health fitness needs. No matter which services you choose, your program is designed for you.

There is no magic or secret to my coaching programs or to any training regimens out there.

Your training program is not based on something that worked for other people or on "what works for the coach works for the athlete." We measure the success of our programs on the outcomes of our clients. All outcomes are different, based on the level of committment and personal effort. However, the experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm we put into you and your program is always the same...100 percent.

One of the biggest reasons why people do not stick with training programs is issues surrounding convenience.

Home training is a great way to reduce the time it takes to get to and from the gym. Why spend time on the road getting to the gym when you could spend that extra time training.

We are at the gym most every day, but 90% of all my training is done in our home gym. Let us help you design and manage your home gym.

Home training design & management includes:
1) Providing you with training programs based on your current equipment
2) Help with equipment you may want to purchase based on your training needs
3) Home gym room set-up
4) Monthly revisions to your home gym training program

Initial home gym set-up & equipment recommendation: $75.00/set-up fee

Monthly home gym training programs: $50.00/month

Race Pacing Program

I have participated in numerous half-marathon and marathon events, and the biggest thing most endurance athletes overlook is race day strategy.

Athletes who complete our training programs are ready to set new PRs when they enter their half-marathon or marathon, but to set PRs it takes more than just good training.

The race pace program is a great way to enter your A race with confidence, knowing that you will get personal attention and feedback throughout your entire race.

Through the race pace program, we provide:
1) Race event recommendations
2) goal-based pace for entire race
3) carry all hydration and fuel supplies
4) provide ongoing feedback throughout race.

Cost: $200 pacer fee (local races – MO & KS)
$500 pacer fee (outside of local area)
Event registration/travel expenses for races outside of local area.

All costs are negotiable based on travel distance to race sight & race distance.
Note: Race pacing available for runners racing up to approximately 7:30/mile for half-marathons and marathons and up to approximately 6:30/mile for 10Ks and under.

Team Training

Have a team or a group of friends that want to tackle an endurance event?

Then 3 Sport Fitness Team Training programs are the answer! Let me design 8-week, 12-week, 16-week, or even 20-week training schedules for you and your team.

The number of weeks of training you need is based on a simple assessment related to the current level of your group’s fitness. This is inexpensive and a great way to go if you are looking to make sure that you are not alone when it comes time for those long swim workouts, bike rides, or runs.
8-week programs: $320/group
12-week programs: $480/group
16-week programs: $640/group
20-week programs: $800/group

Putting bad food in your body is like putting bad gas in your car. Sure, it will run, but not on all cylinders.

Dietary changes and trying to learn all there is to know about healthy eating seems difficult, but it does not have to be that way.

There are three basic components to creating a balanced, performance-based diet. This includes:
1) what to eat
2) how to eat
3) when to eat.

I have a simple approach to helping you achieve optimal eating. Let me work with you to assess your current dietary patterns and help you tweak it so you feel better, train better, and race better.
